    How does the Secret Batch Society work?

    You simply sign-up for a $55 per month subscription and we'll send you a 16-can cube of Secret Batch Society beer each month accompanied by Tasting Notes.

    What's included?

    Your bespoke beer of the month comes complete with tasting notes from the brewer. You won’t know what you’re getting until you’ve got it. The suspense will be thrilling. The flavours, exhilarating.

    Can I opt out at any time?

    Yes! If you should ever stop loving Perth’s best brewers creating personal beers just for you, you can simply cancel. Just log in to MY ACCOUNT (click the icon on the top menu of the website) to cancel your membership or call us on 08 9248 9779.

    How exclusive is the beer?

    Each batch is a one-off, exclusive release, created by the very clever and creative brewers for Limestone Coast Brewing and Long Neck Brewery. Other brewery collaborations will be included in the future. These Secret Batch releases are not available at bottle shops, and won’t be repeated unless feedback suggests we make it again. In the event we make it again, all members of SBS will be notified and entitled to special pricing of 30% below the list price of the product IF it’s ever released. Think of this as a benefit for investing in being a part of this special program.

    When is payment taken?

    Your first payment is processed when you sign up. Subsequent payments are processed on the seventh day of each month.

    You will always be charged once every month.

    What payment types do you accept?

    You can use Visa, MasterCard and Amex debit and credit cards.

    How do I update my card details?

    Update your card details at any time through your MY ACCOUNT login in the top menu. Just make sure you do this 48 hours before the payment is due to ensure it updates! If your card is expiring soon, we’ll send you an email. 

    Membership as a gift?

    If you want to send a Single Batch Society Membership to someone as a gift, simply set the lucky person’s delivery address when you sign up to join! All invoices and payment communications are still sent electronically to you, saving trees and saving your friend from ending up with a payment receipt with their gift!

    Shipping & delivery. When can I expect my beer to arrive?

    We aim to dispatch each batch by the end of the second week of the month. Membership is limited to delivery to Australian addresses. Depending on where you live, it might take up to 2 weeks for your beer to arrive. But hopefully sooner! We have partnered with Sendle to provide a Carbon Neutral delivery service at heavily discounted rates.

    If you signed up after the seventh day of the month, your first cube will come the month after with no repeat charge. Tracking notifications will come from Sendle.

    Do you deliver to PO Boxes and commercial addresses?

    Delivery to a commercial address is no problem however, we can’t offer delivery to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

    Do I have to be home to sign for the parcel?

    This is important! If tou wont be home to sign for the delivery, please select ‘YES’ under the ‘Authority to Leave’ in your account profile,  otherwise the  default will be a ‘Safe Drop’ option. This means that when you get your tracking notifications, you’ll be given the option to have your beer left in a safe place. If you don’t select this and you’re not home when the package arrives, Sendle will leave you a card so you can organise collection.

    Can you deliver outside Australia?

    Right now, Secret Batch Society delivers only to Australian addresses. 

    Changes to account or address details.

    If you need to change the delivery address or billing details, you can do this via the MY ACCOUNT login. Remember, for card changes or cancellations, you need to make the change 48 hours prior to the first day of the month to ensure it is applied before the automatic payment is taken.

    What if I don't like the beer sent this month?

    No problem, just bring you unopened cans and you can swap them for anything else in our range of your choosing.
